Working with WA construction team was the best decision we made for our house remodeling project. From the very beginning, they offered a true end-to-end experience—handling everything from providing an architect, initial design concepts, securing financing (if you need it), all the way through to the ...actual final build. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision of making a home more senior friendly a reality. Shout out to company owner, Hasnain, who during the build process, provided us great suggestion as to the design and add-ons (ex. waste disposal machine, window manufacturer) that will help increase value of the house. Shout out also to Muhammad N., who kept the project moving as best he can while juggling other projects in the company.

During the build, one of the biggest hurdles we faced was navigating the permitting process with the borough hall, which had been a major headache for us in the past. Thankfully, WA construction team stepped in and helped grease skid to get paperwork moving forward. Their experience and persistence made all the difference, and they got us through that bureaucratic maze with as minimal stress as can be. I would factor these potential delays in your budget and schedule planning.

A standout feature of working with them was their use of Buildertrend, a top-tier project management software tool widely used in the construction industry. It gave us real-time updates, scheduling transparency, and a centralized hub for communication and documentation. Being able to track progress, review timelines, and stay informed every step of the way gave us peace of mind and kept the project moving. One new feature that was added later on was the ability to make payments electronically through this website. The tool is only as good as the data you input. So if you elect to use this tool, make sure to be consistent and as accurate as to what you log in especially the furnishings and appliances.

One other service WA provided was the 1 yr warranty which is standard. But they went beyond that and Hasnain's team even fixed items that were not on the approved warranty list which was much appreciated. The project drained our savings to pay for the remodel. The extra service and fixes they provided was definitely a welcome reprieve.
